Tabane froze. "Ah, right! What about my sister and parents? How will they be arranged?"

Shinonono Houki, overhearing her sister's concern, looked just as puzzled. What would happen to those brought here?

"Your sister will attend high school at the Magic Academy. She can choose to study either magic or swordsmanship. Your parents will receive a talent subsidy and can pursue anything they enjoy doing."

Prometheus laid out all the benefits and arrangements.

IS, the anime, existed in Prometheus's database, which made such tailored arrangements possible.

Seeing the details laid out so clearly, Tabane was amazed.

"Magic? Superpowers? Are these all real?" she asked.

Among the listed benefits were superpower serums. Was this legit?

There were also various magical arts one could learn.

"Everything listed is attainable. Everyone who arrives in this world gets a superpower serum. As for magic, one must attend the Magic Academy. Instructors will be provided there. If chosen by certain races, you may even be reborn as another race."

"Currently, the only available transformation is into an angel, and that comes with very high requirements."

Since none of this was a secret, Prometheus laid it all out plainly.

Tabane absorbed the information. "Alright! Houki, you go and study hard at the Magic Academy. We won't have to keep moving around in hiding anymore."

"By the way, are we allowed to leave this place freely? Or are we confined here?" she asked Prometheus, still uncertain.

"You may go anywhere you like, anytime. There are no restrictions. Our world is connected to other worlds too. If you want to travel, that's totally allowed."

Tabane nodded in satisfaction. That was good. Everything sounded perfect. She even forgave Takumi for his uncivilized behavior. This setup was delightful.

She wasn't the only one pleasedthe others were thrilled with the arrangements too.

After explaining things to her family, Tabane left under Prometheus's arrangement to meet Velvie. The remaining people either stayed or went to their assigned residences.

After all, even if they wanted to return, no one could send them back. As Prometheus put it, Takumi had just passed through their world casually and scooped them up on a whim. Finding it again was nearly impossible.

So now, they could only start new lives in this world.

They began trying to integrate into the world. But to Takumi, this small number of people wasn't anything significantit barely made a ripple.

However, over on Velvie's side, she had just received Prometheus's message.

Learning that a new assistant had been assigned to her, Velvie raised an eyebrow.

"An assistant? Shouldn't that go to Dr. Mei? Why would I need one? Are they just going to slow me down?"

Prometheus replied, "This young lady once designed a combat suit called IS. It shares many concepts with the Hollow Divine Key."

She then displayed the designs Tabane had created.

"Looks quite similar to Valkyrie armor," Velvie murmured, intrigued.

"Let me see! Are there more detailed blueprints? Which world was she brought from? Did Takumi go on another world-hopping trip?"

As she spoke, more detailed information appeared.

Although this tech wasn't that impressive to her, it still held value.

After reviewing Tabane's profile, Velvie concluded she was worth mentoring.

"If she can keep up, I don't mind taking her in as an assistant."

She nodded with satisfaction. Promising candidate. They'd probably get along.

"She'll arrive at your place in three minutes," Prometheus informed her.

Velvie nodded without surprise. Otherwise, Prometheus wouldn't have made the arrangement in the first place.

Three minutes? That was more than enough time for her to get a few things done.

Chapter 348: Slimes Go Better with Monkey Booze!

Just as Prometheus had said, three minutes later, Shinonono Tabane appeared in front of Velvi.

Velvi put down her work and turned her gaze toward her.

"Hello! I've already heard from Prometheus. From now on, you'll be my assistant. But before that, I need to test you. Although many things in our worlds differ, they are fundamentally interconnected."

"Here is a set of data. You have one day to study it. Tomorrow, I want you to replicate what's inside. If you need anything, just ask Prometheus to prepare it. My lab is also open to you."

Velvi didn't beat around the bush and arranged a straightforward entry exam. The task was simplerecreate something from the data provided.

Tabane, newly arrived in this world, was momentarily stunned. A screen popped up in front of her, displaying a document released by Prometheus.

As she examined it, her eyes lit up.

"Alright!" she responded without hesitation.

After understanding who Velvi was, she didn't dare show any arrogance. Being an assistant? No big deal. Once she fully understood this world, she was confident she could hold her own.

This world's technology was just too advanced. People were already traveling in space. With the data in hand, Tabane left to dive into research and begin fabricating the object describedessentially, a weapon. Despite its simplicity in concept, it wasn't easy to create. She had to dig deep into the research.

If she had the ability, she could build it. If not, well... she wasn't going to be kept around.

After sending Tabane off, Velvi returned to studying the trove of data Takumi had brought back.

The GN Solar Furnace especially piqued her interest. Although perpetual motion engines existed, they weren't suitable for large machines or external trade.

While many of Takumi's technologies had been disseminated to other worlds, some were still too advanced. People couldn't understand them even if handed over directly. So alternatives had to be explored.

Other worlds were already considered to be under Takumi's control. It was only a matter of time before more technology was shared.

Now, with such data in hand, Velvi wasn't going to let the opportunity go to waste.

...

More newcomers had arrived in Takumi's world. But unlike before, no one paid much attention anymore. When only a few lived here, newcomers were a novelty. Now, arrivals were a daily routine.

For example, over in Liyue, new arrivals were showing up every day. Entire new city-states were being built. One such city, named Inazuma, was rising on an island not far from the coast.

Other cities, like Mondstadt, were also being constructed. These developments started while Takumi was traveling to other worlds. Zhongli had already sent people over to Ningguang. After consulting with Prometheus, they finalized city locations.

Just as Takumi returned home, he saw the updates.

He learned Teyvat had already begun moving. Surprised, he immediately sent a message in the group chat.

Takumi: @Zhongli, has Teyvat really started already? Did you already send people over?

Before Zhongli could reply, Ningguangwho had long been in the chat but seldom spokepopped in.

Ningguang: Yes. Prometheus has divided up the map. Eight cities are being built. When Abyss Mages arrived here, they reverted to human form.

She laid out the situation simply.

Takumi rubbed his chin thoughtfully. It seemed those folks truly wanted to leave Teyvat.

Zhongli: They're all looking forward to it. I'm sending people every day. It's spreading across Teyvat. Celestia hasn't responded yet.

Zhongli finally chimed in. Despite these large movements, Celestia hadn't reacted at all. It looked like Celestia really was dyingno time to manage such matters. He just hoped that when Celestia eventually awakened, it wouldn't be too shocked. By then, Teyvat might be empty or overrun by monsters.

Takumi: Emm... alright then. That's fast. Oh, old man, bring some local specialties. Send over some slimes too. Let's diversify the species in my world. Might even marry a slime to someone!

Takumi suddenly thought of something amusing. Since they were coming, why not bring a few souvenirs?

Zhongli went silent. This guy even wants slimes?

Zhongli: Doesn't your world already have slimes? Even if not, you could just get some from neighboring worlds. Those fused-in worlds surely have them. No need to overdo it.

Takumi: Not the same! Teyvat's slimes are cuter!!

Of course they weren't the same. Teyvat slimes had a prettier art style!

Nyarko: Slimes go better with monkey booze!

Just then, Nyarko bubbled up in the chat. But her message only earned a deadpan reaction from Takumi.

Takumi: CoincidenceI've got monkey booze in my world too.

Nyarko: (pwq) Can I come visit?

Takumi: Nope. You've got no points!!

Sagiri: Welcome! Save up your points and you can come later!!

Chika Fujiwara: I want to kill slimes and become a god!!

The group chat instantly turned chaotic again. Zhongli sighed as he watched the conversation derail.

He really couldn't keep up with the thinking of these younger folks.

Takumi didn't say much more. After watching them banter for a while, he closed the chat.

After thinking it over, Takumi vanished from where he stood.

When he reappeared, he had arrived at the Vampire Ninja Village.

His goal here was to find Sakura.

She now lived here with her sister, staying with the vampire ninjas and occasionally giving them a bit of guidance.

Takumi's reason for visiting Sakura was simple:

"Yingyingying~ Want to come meet your alternate-universe self with me~?"

He stood outside her door and called out cheerfully.

Chapter 349: Like a Monkey, So Ugly

Sakura was full of question marks when she heard Takumi's words.

At that moment, she was enjoying tea in the courtyard. Upon hearing what Takumi said, she was momentarily stunned. Alternate space-time counterpart? Her mind filled with confusion.

Immediately, she stood up and walked out. Currently, she didn't have much to do except occasionally teaching combat classes at the academy. That's right, she was still a teacher, primarily instructing in assassination techniquesan area where she was an expert. However, her course load was light, so she had plenty of free time. Most of it she spent accompanying her younger sister.

"What is it?" Sakura looked at Takumi, puzzled.

"Come on! Follow me."

Takumi didn't explain, simply opened a spatial portal and gestured for her to follow.

Seeing this, Sakura's long ears twitched in curiosity as she followed him.

Takumi brought her to the place where Inazuma was being established. When they arrived, she saw a pink-haired foxYae Miko.

Sakura froze upon seeing Yae Miko. They looked remarkably alike.

Yae Miko also noticed Takumi's arrival. She turned and saw Sakura.

"Oh?" She was visibly surprised when she saw Sakura's face. "May I ask who you are?"

"Sakura," she replied simply.

Yae Miko's eyes lit up.

"Hello! I'm Yae Miko. Pleased to meet you."

Miko could immediately sense how strong Sakura was. And yet... they looked so similar.

"There's also someone named Yae Sakura," Takumi suddenly added. "You two can chat."

Then he turned his attention to the people busily constructing the new Inazuma. It seemed the city had been re-plannedit was just one massive island here, unlike the scattered archipelago in the original Inazuma.

Besides Yae Miko, Kamisato Ayato had also been transported here. He was now laboring over there.

Takumi wandered around.

Yae Miko didn't mind. This was Takumi's world after all. He could observe whatever he liked.

She turned to Sakura and started chatting. She was very curious about who Yae Sakura was, someone who even shared her name.

Sakura, however, knew exactly who Yae Sakura was. After all, she had met her doppelgnger from the future. Now, meeting another familiar face was truly amusing.

Takumi, meanwhile, had approached Kamisato Ayato.

"Yo! Isn't this Mr. Kamisato? Has your sister not come along?"

Takumi casually greeted Ayato.

Ayato looked puzzled. "Who are you?"

Who was this guy? Did he know him? He didn't look like someone from Inazuma.

Judging by his clothing, he seemed like someone from this world. But he knew about his sister?

"I'm Takumi," he introduced with a grin.

Ayato still had no clue who he was.

"It's fine if you don't know me. You'll get the chance later. Has your sister not arrived yet?"

Clearly, Ayato was confused.

"You know my sister?" he asked, surprised. How could his sister know someone from another world?

"I've heard of her, not very familiar though," Takumi replied with a chuckle, then changed the topic.

They chatted for a bit, but Ayato was busy. He had a lot of responsibilities.

Takumi didn't mind and soon resumed wandering.

Eventually, he left Sakura behind and moved on to visit other nations. Mondstadt and Sumeru had also sent people to build their own cities. With each nation being treated as a city here, it seemed Takumi would need to fit a lot of countries into this spacelet alone building infrastructure in space.

Shaking his head, he stopped concerning himself with these affairs and returned home to rest.

Let them handle their own development.

Back home, Takumi began contemplating his divine authority. He decided to postpone drawing lots for now. With so many things brought back, it would be pointless if he couldn't even digest them.

He chose to relax.

Why not focus on solving the issue of his authority and strive to become truly omnipotent?

...

Although Takumi himself had quieted down, his world hadn't.

Cities were being built, students attending classes, and everything operated in an orderly fashion.

New arrivals were continuously being assigned to the Magic Academy, while researchers began learning in Takumi's domain.

Shinonono Tabane had passed Velvie's assessment and become her assistant, now exposed to various advanced projects.

The more she explored this world's science, the more excited she became. So much technology she had never even dared to dream of had already been realized here. She even found perpetual motion machines in the database.

"Is this perpetual motion machine real?" she asked in awe.

"Of course it is," Velvie replied. "The guy who brought you here has one inside his body. There's nothing to be surprised about. In fact, the project I'm working on now is to scale it up."

After answering, Velvie turned to the screen showing images from space. Their fleet had begun contact with an alien civilization.

As they got closer, Velvie saw what those aliens looked like.

"They look like monkeys... so ugly," she muttered instinctively.

Then, she started discussing strategies with Kosma and the others. Those aliens seemed quite aggressive. She had no intention of diplomacybetter to conquer them and obtain their technological data.
