He was going directly to meet Liliya Lilith.
Naturally, Liliya Lilith also sensed the intrusion. Her face paled with fear.
Though she was queen of Velier, Liliya Lilith was incredibly timid. She was also the very first magical armored girl. However, her power wasn't as strong as Chris or Ariel.
Her position as queen mainly came from her magic armor which could nullify the abilities of other magical girls. She completely suppressed them with it.
"Someone's invading?" she murmured timidly. Who would attack them?
"That's right~! You guessed it~!" "And the intruder is already beside Her Majesty the Queen."
A male voice suddenly whispered in her ear.
In that instant, Liliya Lilith freaked out.
She tried to retaliate, but someone held her head down.
"Don't move! Or I'll start writing tally marks on your legs."
"?(???`)"

Liliya Lilith froze.
Takumi walked slowly in front of her, smiling. She stared at the man in disbelief.
"A a a man???" she stammered.
"Yup, a man~!" "Your Majesty, please disable the alarm." "I have something to discuss with you." "Don't worryI'm not here to hurt you."
"If I were, none of your people combined could stop me." "Oh, and I've already taken care of your royal guards~!" "Surprised?"
Takumi grinned and casually sat in her seat.
Hearing all this, Liliya was terrified.
What should she do? Her brain was practically trembling.

Tears welling in her eyes, she issued the order to cancel the alert.
Takumi nodded in satisfaction.
Then, he snapped his fingers.
In the next moment, energy erupted from him.
A glowing orb appeared in the sky above Velier. It radiated light, engulfing the entire city.

In that instant, every magical armored girl in Velier felt their powers suppressed. Some who were flying even dropped out of the air.
Panic spread.
What's going on?
Why was this happening?
Is this the queen's power?
No one had the answer.
Even Liliya felt her power vanish. In that moment, she felt like a helpless lamb.
She looked at Takumi with fear.
What kind of power was this? It completely suppressed her abilities.
It was similar to her own armor's powerbut not the same.
This was definitely not from their world.
Which meant the man before her came from another world!?
Chapter 49: She's So ObedientI'm Taking Everyone!
Liliya quickly realized something was off.
This man in front of herhe definitely wasn't from this world!

Liliya felt a chill run down her spine. If she refused, would he crush her skull?
So scary!
"Y-yes... please..."
Anything. As long as he was happy.
Shivering from fear, Liliya didn't dare argue.
Seeing how cooperative she was, takumi nodded in satisfaction.
"Then make me a copy of everything about the magic armamentsand the magical knowledge of this world. In return, I'll grant you one request. For example, I could help eliminate anyone you find threatening. Once they're out of this world, they won't pose a danger to you, right?"
He smiled.
Liliya froze.
Right now, you are my greatest threat.
But she couldn't bring herself to say it.
"No concerns? Fine. Then take me to where the classified data is. I'm not here to make trouble.
"Right now, Velier is completely cut off from the outside. No one can come in or go out.

Once everything was underway, he gestured for Liliya to return outside and rest.
Once seated, takumi thought for a moment before speaking:
"You should go calm your girls down."
He walked to the large window and gazed outside.
Outside, the magic girls were in chaos, panicking over the sudden loss of their powers.
Hearing his words, Liliya nodded.
takumi released some of the restraint on her, letting her access a small portion of her powerjust enough to calm the others.
He wasn't worried she'd cause any trouble.
Feeling her magic return, Liliya quickly bowed and left.
As he watched her go, takumi couldn't help but grin.
He hadn't fully sealed her powers.
If he had, her magical girl outfit would've disappeared entirelysince it was part of her transformation.
So he had held back just enough.
Now alone again, takumi fell into thought.
If he only came here to copy data... that felt like a waste.
What if he brought all the magical girls back with him?
If he had control over Liliya, he could easily command the rest of them too.
Turn her into a docile little kitten to serve him?
He was increasingly tempted.
Looking outside at Liliya calming the citizens, takumi thought:
As long as you're stronger than her, she's no problem at all.
And her power was impressive.
She could cast forbidden spellschant for 15 minutes and destroy an entire continent.

The more he thought, the more excited he got.
He clapped his hands and opened the chat group.

After seeing Yuu's message, Takumi thought for a moment before replying:

Since Takumi had already decided, Yuu had nothing else to say. Still, she couldn't help but think how ridiculous it was for him to want to pack up an entire world. But maybe that was just like him. Perhaps it wasn't such a bad thing after all.
Zhongli: [You're packaging an entire world? Consider it practice for the future.]
Zhongli was curious. Would Takumi really succeed? If he did, then packaging Teyvat in the future would be a piece of cake.
Other chat group members didn't know how to react. Especially with the whole "timid queen" situation. Maybe he shoved a Star Destroyer in her face and asked if she wanted to surrender?

She looked ready to burst into tears.
When she had gone outside earlier, she saw firsthand just how terrifying this man was. Her royal guard stood outside like puppets, completely ignoring her commands. Totally under his control.
Just from that, she knew she stood no chance against him.
"Don't be scared~" Takumi said gently, rubbing her head with a smile.
He appeared kind and gentle, but Lilia only wanted to cry.
"I'm the ruler of another world," Takumi began.
"In my world, due to certain events, all humans went extinct. I was the only one left."
"I came from another world, then became bound to that one. The stronger the world becomes, the stronger I become."
"That's why I'm traveling through other worlds looking for strong and willing people to join me."
"And now, I've come to your world."
"Verlier is quite nice."
"So, Your Majestyinterested in immigrating?"
"I'll give you land. Someday, I'll take you to see other worlds too."
