Ouma Shu's voice boomed from the tower, merging with a hollow echo.
"But you brought him."
"Very well. If he's the reason you won't be Eve, then I'll just kill him!"
Crashing down, a mass of purple crystal shattered, revealing Shu's body fully crystallized in an eerie, monstrous form. The moment he appeared, Gai and Keido Shuichiro, who boasted the Void Genomic power, froze in shock. They sensed a calling from himAdam!
"Impossible?"
"Why has Adam appeared?!"
Realizing something was off, they noticed Mana didn't possess the "Eve" aura at all. They recalled Rei Ao's taunt: They were fighting over the seat of Evemeaning the one to fuse with Shu was Eve. But Shu was paying them no mind, staring at Rei Ao with cold, inhuman eyes. He had to kill the man making Eve refuse her role.
"Ah."
Rei Ao stood calm.
"What gave you such blind arrogance? The Apocalypse Virus? If so, I'm curious what you'd be like if I took away your Void powers."
"Huh?"
Ouma Shu frowned, mystified. To his senses, Rei Ao had neither a Void Genomic factor nor any infection. Just an ordinary human?
"What are you even talking about?" he demanded.
Rei Ao didn't bother to respond. He stepped toward the battlefield's center. The crystalline ground retreated from his footsteps. He wasn't joking about taking away Shu's Void power.
Every step forward caused translucent weapons to flicker into existence all around himtens of thousands of Void weapons, projected in endless numbers!

Chapter 613: Void Crown? Trash?
Keido Shichir clutched his pistol, eyes fixed on the swarm of Void armaments orbiting Rei Ao.
"What is that ability?!"
It couldn't possibly be standard Void Genome power. As Rei Ao strolled closer to Shu, an abrupt phenomenon took place: the hearts of all infected individuals lit up with purple. Those glimmers converged behind Rei Ao.
Simultaneously, innumerable lights streamed down from the sky, gathering at his back to form crystalline violet wings bridging earth and heaven.
Sensing something, everyone lifted their heads.
"That's"
Ayase Shinomiya muttered blankly. It looked as if the sky had been ripped open. A pure-energy coronet descended slowly.
Only three people present truly recognized what it was.
"Impossible!"
Shu roared in fury.
"That crown should be mine!"
That was the Void Crown. Clearly he was Adamhow could some random man, unconnected to the virus, have it? The Void Crown flickered brilliantly, as though waiting for Rei Ao to claim it. But even before Rei Ao could lift a hand, two individuals rushed in: Gai and Keido Shichir.
"Only I can create the new world!!!"
They shared the same thought.
"Hmph."
Rei Ao gave a low snort. In a blink, both men froze in place, bodies immobilized in time, though their minds remained aware. They heard Rei Ao's dismissive tone:
"Though this thing is trash, it's still my creationwhat makes you think you have the right to grab it?"
He caught the crown. Immediately, the world fell silent.
"No!"
Shu's eyes went wide, convinced Rei Ao would accept the coronet and become the genuine Void King. But what happened next left him dumbfounded.
"Crack!"
The Void Crown shattered in Rei Ao's hand, splintering into shards, which he casually brushed awaylike sweeping away garbage?
Shu was completely baffled.
"That's the Void Crown!"
"Oh?"
Rei Ao gazed at him impassively, then sneered:
"I know exactly what the Void Crown is. I made it."
Just like those crystalline violet wings behind him, with a snap of his fingers, they disintegrated into dust. All the surrounding anomalies vanished as well.
"You lot seem to covet itbut sorry, in my eyes, it's just trash."
"What?"
Shu murmured in disbelief.
"If I want that 'garbage power,' I can simply use it. Why would I need a crown's permission?"
"Mana, Inori."
Rei Ao called quietly. He lifted his hands, beckoning the void. Mana and Inori seemed to sense something, shutting their eyes.
Next instant, a rift opened in the space to his left, revealing a massive Apocalyptic sword entwined with brambles; to his right, a crimson-jewel-laden Void greatswordboth belonging to those two. Shu felt a spike of dread.
"No matter what you've done, there can only be one King. Die!"
Shu flung his arms. Vrrr! The giant tower quaked, spewing living crystal shards like a storm at Rei Ao. Calmly, Rei Ao crossed the two swords, unleashing intense radiance. The crystalline onslaught instantly vaporized in the light.
"This is the true power of the Void."
His voice boomed across the battlefield. When the light faded, the twin swords soared into the sky, fusing into a single colossal blade of radiance that cleaved straight down on the purple crystal tower. Time seemed to stop.
"Shhhh!"
Effortlessly, the tower was bisected. At that same moment, every trace of the Apocalypse Virus crystals across the globe burst into purple motes.
"Aaaaaaaagh!!!"
Shu screamed. Because he'd merged with the virus and the tower, his body now cracked like fractured glass and began crumbling. Finally he understood: in Rei Ao's eyes, the so-called "Void King" was a joke. With one last, tortured wail, both Shu and the tower shattered into oblivion. Adam was gone, just like that.
"Umanyone tell me what just happened?"
Tsugumi was dazed, feeling like she'd just stepped out of a fantasy. Arisa Kuhouin stared at Rei Ao with worshipful eyes.
"You don't have to know every detail. Just remember that once Master arrives, everything gets solved."
"Uh"
Tsugumi couldn't find a retort.
Rei Ao overheard them clearly. But
"It's not entirely over yet."
While Adam (Shu) was gone, the Apocalypse Virus itself persisted. So he took the chance to seize this world's Essence.
With no effort, he subdued it. When he opened his eyes again, he'd become the Only God of this worldsomething far beyond any Adam, Eve, or Void King. All voids bowed to Rei Ao, awaiting his command.
As Only God, the first priority, of course, was to end the disasters plaguing Inori's worldto grant his women a place of peace.
Rei Ao raised a finger to the sky. Void power converged from every corner, forming a halo in the heavens, large as the sun. It poured down not destruction but cleansing light.
"Begone, Apocalypse Virus."
A chant-like hum echoed worldwide. Where the light reached, the crystallized were restored to normal flesh. They gaped at their hands, hardly believing they were alive. GHQ's mechs ground to a halt, pilots clambering out and dropping to their knees as if witnessing a miracle.
But that was only the beginning. Rei Ao closed his eyes, sensing the countless souls who had died from the virus. Their fragments still drifted in the Void. Stretching out a hand, he gently clenched his fist:
"Come back."
Those souls returned to earth, regaining their bodiesincluding some who had perished on this battlefield. Yet not everyone could be revived. Some had died through overwhelming greed or cruelty, so they remained beyond savinglike Ouma Gai and Keido Shichir.
At first, their bodies began moving again, but before they could even be surprised, their forms crumbled to ash. Anyone who had dared harm Rei Ao's women no longer had a place among the living.

Chapter 614: Battle after Battle!
Across the city, the apocalypse had subsidedonly to give rise to a new chaos
The Apocalypse crisis was gone, yet its replacement was the revival of the dead. This would inevitably place pressure on society, but none of that concerned Rei Ao. Reviving those who had died due to the Apocalypse was already a great act of mercy on his part.
Right now, he intended to enjoy life.
In the Kuhoin residence, Rei Ao was sizing up Tsugumi and Ayase Shinomiya. After witnessing his divine-like power, both girls were extremely nervous around him.
"Tsugumi and Ayase Shinomiya, correct?"
Rei Ao smiled.
"Y-yes!"
Tsugumi flinched and answered on reflex. Ayase, though, kept it together and replied cautiously:
"I'm Shinomiya Ayase, and she's Tsugumi."
"Mm. Inori and the others filled me in on what you want," Rei Ao said. "Now that the Apocalypse is gone, do you still intend to become my women? I don't like forcing anyone."
"This"
Ayase hesitated. She glanced at Tsugumi. Given the present circumstances, Tsugumi no longer needed to trade herself for safety; she could live a normal life. But it was different for Ayase
Tsugumi read Ayase's expression, then firmly said,
"Big Sister, I'll always stay with you!"
"Tsugumi"
Ayase's heart stirred at Tsugumi's unwavering loyalty. She made up her mind, turning to Rei Ao with resolve:
"Inori said you could restore my legs."
Rei Ao stepped closer and knelt to meet her gaze, resting his hands on her knees. Ayase, however, felt nothingno sensation at all.
"Your paralysis came from the Apocalypse virus," he explained. "Even though the virus is gone, the damage to your nervous system was deemed irreversible."
A flicker of pain showed on Ayase's face, but it vanished behind her quiet determination.
"Yes But compared to those who died, I'm already lucky."
Now that many of the dead had revived, she was less confident than before, though.
Rei Ao shook his head, keeping his hands on her knees:
"If you choose to be mine, you'll no longer endure this suffering."
A warm glow radiated from his palms and seeped into her skin. Ayase gasped, eyes wide with disbelief.
She could feel warmth. She could sense Rei Ao's fingers on her legs!
"Try standing."
He spoke softly.
"I"
She trembled, afraid to move, worried that it might all be an illusion. If it vanished, she wasn't sure she could go on. Sensing her hesitation, Rei Ao took her hands.
"It's all right. Your legs are healed."
""
Ayase took a shaky breath. Slowly, she shifted her feet to the ground, rising from her wheelchair. Tsugumi, holding her breath, let out a shriek of joy the moment Ayase truly stood.
She lunged and hugged her tightly.
"Big Sis Ayase! You reallyyou can stand!!!"
"Yes I can truly stand"
Tears slid silently down Ayase's cheeks. Her immobility had been her greatest heartbreak. She took a step, then another. And once she confirmed it wasn't a dream, she suddenly turned and knelt before Rei Ao.
"Master, from this day on, my lifemy everythingbelongs to you!"
Her voice rang clear, unwavering. Tsugumi also dropped to her knees, blushing yet full of gratitude.
"Me too! Even though I'mstill kinda scared of y-you, Master, you saved Big Sis Ayase. So I'll serve you too!"
"Well then, it looks like everyone's happy now."
Kuhouin Arisa clapped with a bright smile. Around them, the mansion's smart curtains slowly slid shut. The room lighting changed to a soft, intimate glow. Arisa clicked elegantly in high heels toward Ayase, who was still kneeling, and reached for her clothes.
"What are you doing?" Tsugumi asked, perplexed.
Arisa smiled mischievously.
"Obviously celebrating your initiationwashing away the old and letting our Master 'bless' you."
She flashed Rei Ao a bewitching glance.
"Master, I assume you agree?"
Rei Ao's lips curved. With both arms, he pulled Menjou Hare, Inori, and Mana to his side.
"Yes, sounds just right."
"Eh?!"
Tsugumi squeaked.
While the outside world remained in chaos, the Kuhoin house faced an entirely different sort of "battle." Rei Ao, of course, didn't let the women's efforts go unrewarded. As it happened, he also assigned them divine statuses.
He himself had now reached Level 81. Along with that came a great expansion in how many divine seats he could confer. Seizing the upper limits of this world's Essence, he created two slots for God-King and four for Level 2 God.
He granted God-King statuses to Inori and Mana.

"Invincible, you say? How about we test that?"
"Wah! W-wait, I!!!"
Elsewhere
Hazy water ran in the sink of a bathroom. A blonde girl gazed at her reflection in the mirror, eyes red and puffy from weeping. Mascara had smeared, leaving two dark streaks on her cheeks. Her once-delicate makeup was now a mess.
Toyohama Nodoka pressed trembling fingers to wipe the stains away, but they refused to go. Rather like a goal she could never reach, no matter how she tried.
Her mind still echoed with scenes from the audition she'd just lost:
"Miss Toyohama, your performance was compelling, but it doesn't align with our vision for this role"
The producer's delicate phrasing stung her ears. Nodoka understood what it meant: she had failed this audition.
Leaving the room behind, she felt her heart sink to the floor in sync with that soft click of the door. The corridor outside was empty; only her footsteps echoed.
