"Yo! Why is everyone here?"
Takumi was astonished at the sight.
"Mr. Takumi!"
Just as he was reeling from surprise, Michael appeared againalong with Sirzechs and Azazel, the Fallen Angel Governor. All three factions had sent people.
It was Azazel's first time meeting Takumi, and he studied him with interest. This was the man who'd made the other pantheons so frustrated. He glanced at Ophis, toowho now obediently stood behind Takumi.
Chapter 86 Vali: I May Be Stubborn, But Im Not Stupid
Takumi looked at the representatives from the three factions with some curiosity.
"Did you all help gather these people here?"
Seeing everyone present, Takumi understood.
Michael smiled and nodded.
"Yes. After you left, our Lord instructed us to arrange this. That's why so many Sacred Gear wielders are here today."
Knowing Takumi wanted the Sacred Gears, Veya had given simple instructions, and the Church and angels acted at once. Michael even contacted Azazel for help gathering all the Sacred Gear users. Those unwilling to come were simply dragged over.
Takumi nodded in response.
"Alright. Sorry to trouble you all. In that case, I won't stand on ceremony."
After understanding the situation, Takumi was delighted. This would save him a lot of time. Once things were settled here, he could finally start dealing with the exe world. As for the rest of the pantheons, it didn't matter if he visited or not. Among all the data he'd gathered, there was already plenty of knowledge from other pantheons. Piece by piece, it was almost complete. All this knowledge would take Takumi a long time to digest. All in all, his visit to this world was very worthwhile. A bountiful harvest!
The Sacred Gear wielders could only comply after hearing Takumi's words. After all, the three major factions had already spoken with them, and everyone knew who this man wasthe one who stirred up every pantheon. Clearly, he wasn't someone they could afford to provoke. Even Vali, stubborn as he was, wasn't foolish enough to challenge Takumi. He liked fighting strong opponents, but that didn't mean he was dumb. The best thing now was to just cooperate.
Even Cao Cao had been forcibly brought over by the angels. Vali knew this well.
So, when Takumi started copying Sacred Gears, everything went smoothly. No one dared refuse.
Kaguya, observing all this from a corner, couldn't help but comment,
"This guy showed up in your world and instantly became an even scarier demon king than the actual demon king. And he really did kidnap Ophis! Incredible!"
Takumi, after visiting several worlds, had made quite a stir everywhere. It was no surprise that people would think twice before letting him into their worlds in the future.
"Well Takumi-kun doesn't mean any harm. It's fine."
Akeno smiled as she watched everything unfold. Sure, Takumi had caused plenty of trouble, but the world was much quieter now. The way everyone was scared but couldn't say a thing was honestly amusing. That's the power of overwhelming strengthnobody dared raise their voice at Takumi. So enviable!
Akeno thought she should work hard too, to become stronger. She wanted to be an ancestor-level person, just like Takumi!
...
Takumi, for his part, had no idea his actions had inspired Akeno in this world. If he knew, he'd surely give her a thumbs up. Truly, with enough strength, you can do whatever you want. Didn't you see how nobody dared talk back to him? If anyone did, they'd be shaking in their boots. Well, except for the idiots in the chat group.
After all, when Takumi first joined the group, he was just a regular guy, then drew the End Cocoon on his first sign-in. So nobody in the group really feared him. Instead, he gave off the vibe that "if I tried hard enough, I could do it too!"
Of course, Takumi didn't really care about his groupmates' attitude.
Finally, Takumi copied the Sacred Gears from Vali, Tobio Ikuse, and the others. With those done, his deal with Serafall was complete.
With everything handled, Takumi smiled and thanked everyone,
"Alright, thanks for coming all this way. I'm done here."
Hearing that, everyone present finally relaxed.
Vali spoke up at last.
"So, we can leave now?"
Takumi nodded.
"Of course. Nobody's stopping you if you want to go."
With everything settled, they were free to leave.
Vali glanced at the people with him.
"You all go on ahead."
He wasn't planning to leave yetafter all, he was on the Fallen Angel side now. He let Tobio Ikuse and Lavinia Reni leave first.
"As for me, I'm staying. I've decided to follow Lady Serafall."
But Lavinia Reni refused to leave. Serafall had already set her sights on her from the start, and now Lavinia was to become her retainer. Besides her, other Sacred Gear wielders who weren't already affiliated with a faction were invited too. Becoming a retainer for a Maou was tempting, and after a moment's thought, they agreed.
Vali frowned. "You've really decided?"
Lavinia nodded. "Yes, I have. Don't worry, Miss Serafall takes good care of me."
Seeing his concern, Lavinia smiled, reassuring him. At least following Serafall seemed like a good choice. She could tell Serafall was sincerely inviting her. There was even talk about forming a magical girl unit in the futurewhich sounded fun!
Vali had nothing left to say. Once his foster sister made up her mind, there was no changing it.
"Alright then."
Takumi looked at Lavinia and the others. So, they'd decided to stick with Serafall? Good for them. The devils were quick to seize the opportunity, gathering so many Sacred Gear users at onceof course they'd be interested.
He muttered to himself, but didn't really mind. With that handled, Takumi and Michael led everyone into the conference room.
"Mr. Takumi, this gathering is to sign a three-faction peace agreement. Would you and Ophis care to serve as witnesses?"
Michael explained why everyone had been gathered.
A three-faction peace agreement? Looks like a lot had happened while Takumi was visiting other pantheons. But this time, with the agreement being signed, nobody should try to stir up trouble, right?
Chapter 87 I Love Seeing How Unworldly You All Are
Takumi immediately agreed to Michael's invitation.
"No problem, I'll serve as a witness."
Takumi, half-hoping someone would cause trouble, agreed without hesitation. Being a witness sounded fun too.
Seeing Takumi agree, Michael's eyes sparkled with joy.
"Great! Let's get started right away."
He looked over at Sirzechs and Azazel.
"I'm fine with it! Let's handle this quickly, then I want to have a good chat with Lord Takumi. I'm so curious about other worlds."
Azazel had no objections. Just sign the documents and wrap things upno need to make it complicated.
Sirzechs naturally had no complaints either.
So, with everyone in agreement, the three factions quickly finalized everything.
Takumi and Ophis served as witnesses to the proceedings.
But, to Takumi's disappointment, nobody came to make trouble.
He'd kind of been looking forward to it, but then again, the old-school devil faction wasn't stupid. They knew Takumi was here, and there were so many Sacred Gear wielders around. Even if they had a mole, nobody would dare try anything. It would just be a suicide mission. With Ophis standing on Takumi's side, coming here to make trouble was asking to die.
So, everything wrapped up peacefully this time.
When it was over, Takumi started chatting with Azazel.
"After going to Heaven, I finally understand why you fell. I get it now!"
Takumi said this with a perfectly straight face.
Azazel's eyes lit up.
"Right? Who wouldn't get confused living up there? Except those blockheads still on top!!"
Michael's lips twitched at their banter. These two
"Exactly~! They just don't get it."
Takumi totally agreed. With so many beautiful angel girls around, who wouldn't get distracted? He was just a regular guynot like Michael, who only ever thought about fulfilling the Lord's tasks. Takumi and Azazel really clicked, and they soon found themselves off in a corner talking about their favorite types of girls.
With the agreement signed, things were pretty much over. People began to leave. Some angels left right after the agreement was done. Azazel chatted with Takumi for a while, building rapport, and then got ready to head back to handle fallen angel affairs.
"Mr. Takumi, I'll be going as well. Once you've settled your business, come to Heaven and take Gabriel with you. She's ready anytime."
Michael also said his farewells, telling Takumi to visit Heaven again when he was ready.
Takumi nodded.
"Sure! I'll come by then."
Michael nodded and left with the other angels.
With the angels and fallen angels gone, only the devils remained. Sirzechs and the other Maou didn't stay much longer either. They'd gotten plenty out of this meeting and were ready to go. Some Sacred Gear holders were waiting to be reincarnated too.
As night fell, everything finally wound down.
Takumi, Kaguya, and Akeno gathered together again.
By now, Kaguya had made herself at home here. After bathing that night, she wore pajamas she'd somehow gotten from who-knows-where.
Seeing her like this, Takumi was puzzled.
"Aren't you planning to go back yet?" Had she just decided to party here forever?
He'd been here for nearly a week already, but Kaguya-hime had been hanging around the whole timewas that really okay?
"Don't worry, I told Eirin I'd be away for a while. As long as it's not a year or two, it's fine."
She was totally calmnot worried at all.
Hearing that, Takumi twitched his lips.
"I bet she's not as calm as you are. If a total shut-in suddenly left for so long, Yagokoro Eirin would definitely be freaking out."
"Hmph! As long as I don't bring back a kid, she won't worry. Dummy glue, moe Akeno~!"
Kaguya was completely confident. Do you know Eirin better, or do I?
She shot Takumi a look. Takumi grinned.
"Bringing a kid home? Not a bad idea. But are you sure you can even have kids? Honestly, you Lunarians are pretty convenient. If it's about kidneys, you could probably do unlimited transplants, right?"
Takumi couldn't help but marvel at Kaguya. If people in his previous life knew about someone like her, they'd be thrilled. Unlimited kidneys!!
Hearing Takumi's words, Kaguya looked at him blankly.
"Are you a devil or what? I might not be scared of losing my kidneys, but even thinking about it is creepy!! How do you even come up with this stuff?"
Kaguya shuddered.
"Alright, let's stop talking about scary things. Takumi-kun, when are you heading back?"
Akeno quickly broke up the strange conversation, steering things back on track.
"Soon. Tomorrow I'll make a quick trip to the exe world. I'll take care of what's left of the exe stuff in this world, then I can pretty much head back."
Takumi answered honestly.
His next step was to fulfill his promise to Heaven.
"Do you need to visit the Underworld? We've got a lot of knowledge too."
Rias chimed in then. Wouldn't Takumi visit the Underworld?
There was a lot to learn there, after all.
Takumi shrugged.
"Honestly, everything you guys have is in Heaven already. So I've got it all. Like the Power of Destruction, for example~!"
He demonstrated as he spoke. Rias was left with a big question mark.
"That fast?"
"No need to be so surprised. Even if you're devils, the God of the Bible is basically your faction's top dog. You're all part of the Bible God's world. So it makes sense she'd have your legacy too. After all, you've been fighting for years. Did you really think the God of the Bible couldn't figure out your secrets?"
Takumi grinned at Rias's stunned look.
"No need to act so surprised just because you've never seen the wider world."
Chapter 88 Akeno: I Won, But Its Not a Full Jackpot
The God of the Bible probably understood demons even better than the demons themselves. As for the Fallen Angels, there was even less to say. Fallen Angels only existed because Azazel wanted to "ghs" and fell. Essentially, they split off from angels. A lot of things about them were still tied to angels. Fallen Angels are basically angels too.
Because of this, whether it's demons or Fallen Angels, the God of the Bible had studied both in depth. That's why, once Takumi inherited everything left by the God of the Bible, there was no need to visit the Underworld. He had everything he needed.
Rias was at a loss. So she really just lacked experience.
"So you've basically wrapped everything up, huh, Takumi? Seriously, you always make headlines every time you visit a world."
Kaguya gave a sidelong glance at this troublemaker. She'd joined the group late, but the others had told her all about Takumi's exploits. It was honestly ridiculoushe was always stirring things up.
"It's all for civilization!" Takumi declared, dead serious.
...
Hearing him say that, both Kaguya and Akeno went silent. If they didn't know the truth, they might have believed him! The truth was, it was all for getting stronger. The "for civilization" bit was secondary. The main goal was strength. And, of course, girls.
Kaguya looked over at Ophis, who always quietly followed Takumi. He really had managed to "snatch" her, and she couldn't help but be a little envious. Ophis's power was unquestionable, and now she followed Takumi around like a daughter. To be honest, Takumi had already brought back a lot of lolis from his world, not to mention the Dark Loli World and the many magical girls from Yu's worldall mostly lolis. Now even Ophis was being brought home.
"Loli-con?" Kaguya asked without thinking.
"Nonsense! I'm not a loli-con! Don't slander me!"
Takumi immediately got flustered.
"If you're not, why are you bringing home so many lolis? There's the Dark Loli World, Yu's world, and now Ophis. Look at themthey're all lolis, aren't they?"
Kaguya stared at Takumi more and more suspiciously. He really did seem like a hentai loli-con.
"That's ridiculous! Ophis is old enough to be your great-great-great-grandmother! They only look like lolis. It's not the same."
Kaguya just shrugged. It was pointless to argueshe wasn't convinced either way.
Ophis glanced at Takumi, too. So, is this why he helped herbecause he liked her current appearance?
Now there was no way to explain it. Everyone in the room started looking at Takumi with strange expressions.
"Don't look at me like that. I'm really not! If you don't believe me, you can come check tonightmy preferences are totally normal!"
