Yuuki's eyes lit up as she ran into their arms.
"Yuuki? Ran? What's going on?"
Their parents were completely baffled.
Why were their daughters suddenly here?
"Let's go to another world together!" Yuuki said with joy.
"This man is Kami-sama from another world!"
"He already healed us. We don't have to go to the hospital anymore!"
Yuuki beamed as she explained everything quickly.
Her parents looked at each other, disbelief on their faces.
But the space rift said otherwise.
Before long, the entire family was weeping with joy.
"Thank you, Kami-sama. Thank you so much."
Takumi couldn't help but smile at the heartfelt scene.
Once everyone calmed down a bit, he finally spoke up.
"If there's anything you need, bring it along now."
"We'll talk more once we're in the other world."

No armed guards, just scientists and cleaning robots.

They arrived where Sumire Muroto was eating.
Seeing Takumi, she blinked in confusion.
"Up all night again?" Takumi asked.
He pointed at the dark circles under her eyes.
"Just woke up," she said casually, downing a potion and letting out a burp.
One gulp and her energy was back.
Takumi could only sigh.
"She one of the new recruits from another world?" Sumire asked, glancing at Rinko.
"Yeah. Another world. Also brought someone else," Takumi replied. "That guy's special. Deleted his own body and uploaded his consciousness online."
Takumi pulled out a server.
Sumire's interest peaked.
"So badass?"
Rinko's eyes widened. She already knew who he meant.
Takumi activated his powers and drew the consciousness from the server.
A moment later, a physical body began forming.
Before long, Kayaba Akihiko stood before them.
Rinko instantly understood.
"It's done," Takumi said. "He's yours now. Let him research here. As for your Aincrad, I'll prepare it later."
With that, he vanished.
The three remaining stood in silence.
"This is the other world?" Akihiko asked, looking at Sumire.
"Yeah," she replied, not looking up. "Ask the AI if you've got questions. There's a computer over there."
She resumed eating.
Akihiko was overwhelmed.

Rinko struck him across the face.
The impact left him stunned.
She glared at him.
"Why did you do it?"
She meant the Death Game.
Sumire glanced over, instantly alert.

Was Takumi trying to entertain her with live soap opera?

Takumi had no idea what had gone down between Kayaba Akihiko and Koujiro Rinko after he left.
