The newly arrived guests looked around in amazement. Anna immediately grabbed Suoh's sleeve, looking timidly at her surroundings.
"So this is another world?"
"Whoa... I can sense itthere are strong people here!"
When Saitama was let out, he immediately fixed his gaze on Takumi and Zhongli, especially Takumi. So powerful! His instincts told him that if he ever fought Takumi, he would losemaybe even die! That was wild. But at the same time, Saitama's fighting spirit flared.
Takumi, seeing Saitama's reaction, could only laugh helplessly. Another battle maniac! What a headache.
"Saitama, now's not the time for fighting. We're here for a party."
Boros quickly spoke up to remind Saitama, who then calmed down.
"Let's have a fight later, okay?" Saitama looked at Takumi with eager anticipation. Even if he couldn't win, he wanted the challenge.
"Next time, for sure." Takumi nodded at Saitama's request. Next time, definitely! With that, he stopped paying attention to Saitama and turned his eyes to Anna.
"Anna-chan~! Hello there!"
What an adorable little girl. He really wanted to keep her here.
"H-hello!" Anna replied nervously.
"No need to be afraid. This is Takumithe one I told you about," Suoh said gently, glancing helplessly at Anna. She was still too timid, having not yet experienced what lay ahead. That was just how her personality was.
Anna nodded. She understood.
"Just call me Onii-chan," Takumi said, smiling. "Give it a try!"
Anna, being a good kid, hesitated for a moment and then called out, "Takumi Onii-chan!"
Takumi's smile grew even brighter. "Good girl!" He reached out and ruffled Anna's hair, delighted.
"Lolicon!" Kaguya couldn't help but tease him. "This guy's totally a lolicon."
"Nonsense! I just like kids. Kids are the hope of civilization, you know nothing!" Takumi rolled his eyes at her. He wasn't a lolicon, okay? Don't slander him!
"You think I'll believe that?" Kaguya shot back mercilessly. "Try to talk your way out of it all you want, I won't buy a word of it!"
Anna blinked. Maybe this big brother wasn't so hard to get along with. She couldn't sense any darkness or malice from Takumi, which surprised herand made her feel at ease after hearing Takumi's and Kaguya's banter.
Suoh didn't disturb Takumi, instead going over to chat with Zhongli. The few male members gathered together and chatted idly. Slowly, more people arrived.
Elysia somehow caught wind of the party and immediately dragged Eden along to Takumi's place.
"Throwing a party without me? That's too much!"
"Mei, Kiana, Bronyait's been so long!"
The biggest troublemaker had arrived. Spotting Mei and the others, she rushed over at once.
"Elysia!"
"Eden!"
Mei was happy to see Elysia and Eden again. The group immediately gathered to catch up. People mingled in small groups throughout Takumi's villa, which soon filled with guests.
Even Vilvi and Mobius showed up not long after. Vilvi, true to form, immediately zeroed in on Genos, the cyborgand proceeded to dismantle him. Genos was left exasperated; when Vilvi put him back together, he found he had a few extra screws. Good thing he could fix himself, or he might have had to go home with just his head!
As people arrived, Ais brought Loki, Lefiya, and Riveria. The last to arrive was Saten Ruiko. Once everyone was present, Takumi had the robots start serving the dishes.
Loki, seeing the packed room, couldn't help but marvel at the lively scene and the abundance of talent. She didn't try to poach anyone, though, since everyone was from different worlds. She followed Ais in greeting everyone and soon got to know the others. When people learned Loki was a god, they were all surprised.
"In our world, Loki is... not exactly well-liked," Rias commented while chatting with Loki.
Loki was surprised. "Tell me more?" Now she was really interestedanother world's Loki? That had to be her, right?
Rias didn't hide anything and started chatting away.
The party buzzed with people chatting in small groups, eating, and enjoying the delicious food Takumi providednobody could stop themselves from eating more.
Old Yang from the Honkai world looked at the others from his world and couldn't help but feel nostalgic. Though they weren't from the same timeline, they were all old friends. Tesla had come too. She was surprised to see such a mature and steady Old Yang.
Meanwhile, Takumi sat with Zhongli, Suoh, and the others, chatting idly. The cheerful, lively scene filled everyone's heart with joy.
"This is our first time all gathering together," Takumi announced, standing and projecting his voice with his power. "So, I won't say much elsecheers!"
At his words, everyone raised their glasses or juice cups together.
"Cheers!"
Chapter 195: The More I Think About It, The Angrier I Get! I Really Want to Kill Her!
People had come from all kinds of worlds. But now, everyone was gathered together. Although they were from different races and different worlds, the very fact that they could meet was fate.
Everyone raised their glasses and clinked them together, and for a moment, everyone was filled with joy.
Takumi also clinked glasses with Zhongli.
"Old man, what do you plan to do when you go back?"
"Your power now has already completely surpassed Celestia."
Takumi turned to Zhongli. Hearing this, Zhongli took a sip of his drink and replied, "I'm planning to go back and talk with Barbatos and the others. If Teyvat sinks, it's just a matter of time. Celestia can't protect it forever."
The False Sky was created to protect Teyvat. Zhongli planned to talk with the other Seven Archons. When the time came, they could just relocate. He would ask if they wanted to come to Takumi's world. No point staying thereit was too dangerous.
Takumi was taken aback. "You're thinking of having the other nations move too?"
He was surprised Zhongli had this idea.
"You need people, don't you? If only Liyue comes, it'll be too lonely."
Takumi needed people, and he'd never refuse anyone who wanted to come. Since that was the case, they could discuss it with the Seven Archons. When the time came, they could all just move house.
Now that Zhongli could overpower Celestia, if Teyvat was in danger, they could just survive somewhere else. If Teyvat sank, so be it. He didn't care anymorehe'd even found a new place here in Takumi's world. When Liyue was built, he could finally retire completely. However Liyue developed after that would be up to them; he would only watch from the shadows.
Now, Zhongli already had a good idea of what he should do nextand how Liyue should develop.
"Move everyone from Teyvat?"
"If you do that, won't Celestia in your world object?"
Suoh Mikoto spoke up. If Zhongli emptied out Teyvat and left just an empty shell, Celestia would be the first to get angry.
"It's fine. She can't do anything anymore."
Zhongli didn't care at all. With Takumi's help, what did he have to worry about? No big deal. Besides, he was strong enough now, anyway.
Suoh Mikoto shrugged at this. Well, being strong does mean you don't have to worry.
"What about you, Suoh? How are things in your world? With your strength now, you must be one of the strongest, right?"
Takumi looked at Suoh Mikoto with interest. Suoh had already powered up once, right?
"Lately I've been lucky. I got 100 points a few times on check-in, and I've powered up once. I'm the strongest in my world now, but I don't have much ambition. I just want to live peacefully with my clan."
Suoh Mikoto had no big ambitionshe just wanted his clan to live well. Even if the other Kings caused trouble, he didn't care. He was strong enough now to handle most things.
"Why not move to my world, then? If you want a peaceful life, I can make that happen."
Immigrate, then!
Suoh Mikoto could only smile wryly. Takumi really would never give up a chance to invite people to immigrate.
"No thanks. I think my world is pretty good. I'm not moving for now. If it ever gets too tough, maybe I'll come over."
He was still doing fine for now. Besides, he was still one of the seven Kings. So, it didn't matter whether he switched worlds or not.
Takumi looked a little disappointed but said nothing more.
At that moment, Kaguya came over. "What if I moved over? The whole Gensokyo together!"
Kaguya suddenly made this suggestion to Takumi. He was a little surprised.
"What's up? Got an idea?"
Moving the whole Gensokyo? Could she even make that call? Maybe someone else had asked her to check?
"Yakumo Yukari, that old witch, has been bothering me ever since she found out what I've been up to. It was her fault I missed out on the last task in the group!"
Kaguya gritted her teeth in frustration. She'd missed out on millions of points thanks to Yukari. How could she not be angry? Still, she explained everything Yukari had told her.
"You know Gensokyo's situation best. Because of how the outside world has developed, there are hardly any youkai left. Even the gods are struggling. That's why, when Yukari found out I could go to other worlds, she started plotting."
Kaguya laid out the real reason. After hearing it, Takumi raised an eyebrow.
"I see. So Yukari wants to move Gensokyo somewhere better?"
He understood now. They wanted a better place to live. Otherwise, in a few hundred years, there'd be no land for youkai to survive in Gensokyo.
No wonder Yukari was tempted.
"Exactly! What do you think?"
Kaguya nodded. She still didn't like Yukari much, but she fully supported moving. Takumi's world was way more exciting than Gensokyo. She was just moving to a new den to keep being a shut-in. She had no objections at all.
"I have no problem with it. I can give you your own territory to manage. No big deal!"
If they wanted to come, Takumi would welcome them. There was no reason to refuse. He might even build a netherworld and put Shiki Loli in charge.
The more Takumi thought about it, the more he liked the idea.
Kaguya nodded. "Alright! I'll go talk to her. I'll have her come talk to you herself. And you'd better give her a hard time!"
Thinking of this, Kaguya grit her teeth again, then picked up her glass and gulped down her drink. If she hadn't been annoyed by Yukari, she might have earned another ten thousand points to strengthen herself!
Ugh, the more she thought about it, the more upset she felt.
Watching Kaguya drink, Takumi's mouth twitched. Hopefully she wouldn't just collapse later. Did she think this was weak liquor?
This was part of Ichiryu's rare wine collection, after all.
Chapter 196: You Learned It? Really?
Of course, there was nothing to say about the liquor from Ichiryu's collectionit was all top-notch. By now, some people were already tipsy. Even those who didn't drink were a bit nervous watching the scene. Loki, in particular, was completely drunk and started talking nonsense to everyone around her.
The party lasted from eight all the way until midnight. Everyone truly enjoyed themselves this time. Boros and Saten Ruiko left when things started winding down. Boros took the already passed-out Saitama back to his world. Saten Ruiko left early, tooshe didn't dare linger too long at Takumi's place.
Ais and Suoh Mikoto, however, didn't leave. Takumi had the robots arrange rooms for them to rest, and after making sure everyone was settled, he could finally relax. Most people stayed at Takumi's place, though Asuna and others who had school the next day leftthey'd be attending classes here starting tomorrow. Kaguya and Eirin also stayed, but as they were already drunk, they went off to rest early. With everyone settled, Takumi, too, went off to rest.
The next day, Ais and the others didn't leave in a hurry either; instead, they spent their time exploring Takumi's world. They were especially curious about Aincrad, so Ais and Riveria went there to play.
Meanwhile, Takumi called Loki aside for a chat about Blessings. He hadn't forgotten about this and needed to clarify how Blessings actually worked. Loki was a bit surprised at his question.
"You're interested in Blessings? It shouldn't be of much use to someone as powerful as you."
For Takumi, who was already so strong, Blessings wouldn't make much of a difference.
"Blessings allow people to level up. With some modification, I could integrate it into Aincrad, letting even ordinary people grow stronger through their own battles. It's necessary."
Indeed, Blessings weren't of much use to Takumi, but for others, they made a big difference.
Hearing this, Loki nodded in understanding. "I see. Alright, I'll teach you!"
Loki began explaining the concept of Blessings to him. As she spoke, Takumi mentally simulated the process, and quickly grasped the mechanics.
"Got it!"
Just one run-through and he understood everything. Loki stared at him in disbelief.
"You really got it?"
She was suspiciousafter all, she'd only demonstrated once, and Takumi was already saying he'd mastered it?
"Yep, I've got it. Your Blessings use divine blood to manifest a person's stats, then draw out their potential and help them gradually break their limits. That's all there is to it, right? I just need to tweak the method a little. I won't even need divine bloodjust some guidance is enough."
Takumi beamed. It was all so simple. Once he got the gist, nothing could stump him. With his current abilities, he could master almost anything at a glance.
Loki was stunned. "That strong, huh?"
"Don't be surprised. I can pick up most things just by watching once." Takumi was thoroughly pleased. With Three Tigers' talent, all his accumulated knowledge, and previous enhancements, just seeing Loki demonstrate once was enough.
Loki was left frustrated. Blessings were supposed to be the crystallization of the gods' researchyet Takumi had picked it up at a glance? Was this for real?
But Takumi didn't bother explaining. Having mastered it, he immediately got busy.
He headed to Aincrad to put what he'd learned into practice, leaving Loki behind. She was left at a losswhat now? There was no one else around, so she contacted Ais using the terminal Takumi had given her and hurried off to find her. Otherwise, in this unfamiliar place, she'd have no idea where to go.
...
Arriving at Aincrad, Takumi got right to work modifying the core system. There were quite a few people inside now. Many of the cursed children basically lived here, and some people came just to make money, since Takumi's currency was exchangeable. Here, you could learn and also earnno wonder some people came to train and grow stronger.
